Fruits rich in magnesium 




  • Fruits which are rich in magnesium  are mango, kiwi, banana and avocado
  • Magnesium releases the spasm of lower esophageal sphincter and prevents the backflow of acid into the esophagus.

Egg whites 




  • Egg whites are an excellent source of protein.
  • They possess very low acidic properties, this property prevents complications of acid reflux.
  • Remain away from the egg yolks as it contains a large amount of fat it can worsen your condition.

Ginger




  • Ginger is a natural remedy of acid reflux 
  • Surveys have shown that it reduces gastrointestinal irritation and it even prevents backflow of acid. 
  • If you want instant relief, ginger is extremely recommended.
  • You can directly consume ginger or you can have a ginger tea both of them soothes the stomach lining and prevents acid reflux.
