Today I will tell you about 5 simple yoga asanas which will help you to get rid of PCOD/PCOS
These asanas will help you to manage your weight as well as your blood sugar level so to know about it keep on reading.
Yoga for PCOD/PCOS

BADDHAKONASN/ BUTTERFLY POSE
Steps
Sit on the floor 
Exhale and bring your toes towards your pelvis 
Bend your legs and touch the floor with your knees 
Touch your both the feet and hold the ankle with your  hand 
Hold this position for 15 seconds and eventually increase the time .
Benefits
It regulates menstrual cycle 
It stimulates the function of  the ovaries 
It stretches your inner thigh, quadriceps and gluteal muscles 
Steps
Lie in a prone position (facing towards the floor)
Keep your hand below your shoulder 
Inhale and lift your chest by using your abdominal muscle and back muscles 
Exhale and return to the original position 
Benefits
It is effective in treating diabetes 
It stretches your abdomen 
It stimulates ovaries 
It regulates your menstrual cycle 
Steps
Lie on the floor in a supine position (facing upwards)
Stretch your finger and hand towards your toes 
Inhale and lift your chest and feet hold this position for 15 seconds 
Exhale and return to the normal position 
Benefits
It strengthens your abdominal muscle 
Improves abdominal organs such as liver and kidney n
It regulates blood sugar level 
It manages your weight by promoting weight loss 
Steps
Bend your knees and sit on your glutes, inhale and bend forward 
Exhale and extend your hand outwards, feel the stretch 
Inhale and exhale gently 
Hold this position for 1 or 2 mins 
Benefit
It decreases the anxiety It stretches the spinal cord 
It promotes blood flow 
It regulates menstrual flow 
It promotes weight loss 
PADMASANA / LOTUS POSE
Steps
Sit on the floor and bend your knees 
Keep your one foot over the other leg's thigh and vice versa 
Hold this position for 15 seconds 
Breathe normally 
Benefits
It calms your mind and your body 
It maintains your posture 
It regulates your menstrual cycle 
It stimulates ovaries 
Try these simple yoga asanas and have a healthy life
Try to do these asana on the yoga mat to avoid frictional burn and other injury
If you have wrist injury or knee injury, then avoid these poses 
If you suffer from wrist pain after doing any of the yoga poses then wrist supporters are highly recommended 
If you experience  any discomfort, then immediately discontinue it
